Saint-Girons is a village of 6000 inhabitants in Ariège, in the French Pyrénées, one hour drive from Toulouse. The nearest international airport to Saint-Girons is Toulouse-Blagnac and a shuttle service is organized for the participants, from the train station in Toulouse, called Toulouse-Matabiau.
The bus to St Girons will leave from Gare Matabiau at 16.00 on Sunday 19 June. For other times, there is public transport available by train to Boussens then a bus link to St Girons.
The journey takes between 1.5 and 2 hours.

The area of Saint-Girons, in the Couserans region, offers many opportunities for outdoor activities, with a very large variety of natural landscapes.
The region also offers various cultural activities such as visits to the cathedral of Notre Dame de la Sède in Saint-Lizier, the museum of graphic art and printing, the Montgauch St-Pierre church or the Moulis church.
